It is very important to study the measurement of projectile engraving force for the improve of the bayonet chamber posture,the bottom pressure seal of the gunpowder,the muzzle velocity of the projectile and the wear of the gun.In this paper,the methods of the measuring the projectile engraving force were summarized and the characteristics of each method were compared.In order to meet the requirements of multi-caliber with smooth bore and line bore projectile pressure test,a pressure quasi-static measuring device for explosion-proof projectile was designed.According to the quasi static measurement principle of the projectile engraving,the quasi static test system of the projectile engraving pressure was set up,put forward the loading requirements,and the main parameters of the pressure output device were calculated.The measuring scheme of force and displacement was analyzed,and the testing sensors were selected.Then the force measuring structure of the push rod and the tube fixing and structure of projectile collecting was designed.The stability of the engraving rods was checked to verify the safety and reliability of the extrusion device.In order to realize the position precision control of the engraving rod,the hydraulic position control system of the hydraulic press was adopted.Finally,the system was verified by simulation.According to the projectile engraving,established process quasi static finite element simulation model,The simulation results show that the change of the projectile's squeezing resistance under static condition was obtained.At the same time,the finite element model of the transient impact of projectile was established,and the stress and strain of the concrete belt and tube were compared under the transient and static conditions.The characteristics of stress and strain curves under transient impact were studied.Given the dynamic engraving process,and the effect of projectile into viscoelastic and internal friction stress and strain conditions.The powerful PC acquisition software was designed by LabVIEW,and the performance of the sensor was verified by experiments.The experimental data of squeeze pressure were obtained by using 64mm caliber bomb model,and the experimental data were compared with the simulation results.Finally,according to the experimental data,the relationship between resistance and displacement of the 64mm diameter explosion-proof cartridge was obtained.
