The projectile pushing simulation testing system is used to measure the pushing resistance of the bullet. the work characteristics of the projectile pushing simulation testing system has been analyzed in this thesis.In this thesis, the working principle of this projectile pushing simulation testing system has been introduced, the main function of this system has been expounds, the projectile pushing of this system resistance calculation model has been established, the impact of projectile pushing the accuracy of the determination of the main factors of the resistance has been analyzed, and the factors of projectile pushing resistance determination accuracy the influence law has been summarized.The projectile pushing push rod lever instability problems, the application of the euler theory, linear buckling ANSYS analysis and ANSYS nonlinear buckling analysis have been studied, the projectile pushing push rod stability calculation model for calculating the different materials, different supporting and different support under the condition of projectile pushing critical load of push rod has been established, the feasible projectile pushing rod structure scheme of instability has been proposed.The Subject research results can be regarded as a reference for development of projectile pushing simulation testing system and relevant research topic.
