With the development of vehicle X-by-wire control technology and electronic technology,electronic parking brake system(EPB)market share rose linearly.At the same time,people on the vehicle comfort and safety requirements increasing,emergency braking control technology for emergency will become a study hotspot at home and abroad.The research content of this paper is emergency brake control technology based on pneumatic EPB.Firstly,this paper analyzes the national standard for vehicle emergency braking system,and according to the dynamic characteristics of vehicle emergency braking,set emergency braking control target;According to the target,design the pneumatic EPB structure with emergency braking function based on the existing pneumatic EPB,the structure is based on the existing pneumatic EPB,a pneumatic ABS electromagnetic valve and an pressure sensor are respectively connected between the ABS electromagnetic valve and left and right parking brake chambers for independent control parking brake chamber pressure,and anti-lock control;According to the calculation of parking brake force of test vehicle,aanalyze the feasibility of emergency braking anti-lock control through simulation.Then,set up the test bench,study the response time,frequency characteristics and duty ratio characteristics of the charging and discharging of the air pressure regulator.Establish vehicle dynamics model、pneumatic regulator model、brake model in MATLAB/Simulink,and the vehicle dynamics model is verified through theoretical analysis and real test on vehicle.Finally,through the study on the existing control algorithm,emergency braking control algorithm for pneumatic EPB is developed,the algorithm includes left and right wheels combined control strategy and anti-lock control algorithm,the control algorithm is realized by the main-auxiliary fuzzy controller.The controller is simulated and analyzed on the high adhesion road The emergency braking control algorithm is simulated and analyzed on the high adhesion road、low adhesion road and split-μ roads.The simulation results show that the control algorithm can realize emergency braking control of pneumatic EPB.
