With the advance of urbanization,the elevator has become an essential means of transport in people's lives.China is the world's largest elevator producer and consumer.However,due to backward elevator control technology,most market shares have been dominated by foreign companies for a long time.Developing Chinese independent elevator high-performance drive control technology is the way to shorten the gap with abroad to open up market share.Aiming at the technical difficulties in the traction machine control,some key technologies in the drive and control of permanent magnet synchronous traction machine are studied in this paper.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The traction machine vector control system using traditional cascade PI control is studied.According to the specific requirements of traction machine control,in the current loop and speed loop,respectively,the decoupling compensation control and multi-mode switching control are proposed.(2)The initial position detection problem of the traction machine rotor is analyzed and a positioning method of initial rotor position based on the commutation signal of sinusoidal incremental encoder is presented to meet the practical application requirements of the traction machine.(3)The low-speed jitter caused by the encoder's quantization error and the effect of load disturbance on the performance of the traction machine are analyzed.Based on the principle of Kalman filter,the speed and torque observers are designed in this paper.The algorithm improves the low-speed performance of the traction machine,realizes the anti-disturbance control,and effectively improves the performance index of the whole speed section of the elevator system.(4)Based on the self-developed traction machine drive control system,the development of the traction machine drive control software is completed,including motor running status detection module,speed,torque observer module,speed,current regulator module and PWM signal generation module.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and has good tracking performance for a given elevator speed curve.
