| The reliability of fuze setting system via primer(FSSVP)which exists the data insufficient problem in reliability assessment process is evaluated with the condition of small sample by using Bayesian network theory.Firstly,the reliability evaluation method which is applicable to the FSSVP is analyzed core problem of the system reliability evaluation process was put forward.And the working principle of the FSSVP was analyzed.The influence of the setting cable on setting signal was studied,The fault tree and the Bayesian network were established of the collinear primer set system,priori data types of the collinear primer set system were determined and the circuit model of the system is analyzed.The key test points and the system reliability test methods are determined.Secondly,the reliability test system is designed according to the reliability evaluation model and the selected test points.The over-voltage over-current detection circuit and analog digital signal processing circuit were designed.By using the micro-controller as core on hardware.The user interface of the host computer,the testing contents classfication and the test software design is achieved by using modularization programming idea on software.Finally,an experimental Study of the reliability test system on the FSSVP was conducted after debugging,and the test data were processed and analyzed.The reliability of the FSSVP was evaluated synthetically by using the test data and a small amount of sample data in the field.The value under the lower confidence limit of the system reliability under confidence level of 0.9 is 0.9992.Bayesian network is used to calculate the importance of the event and the improvement of the system is proposed.The result of this study for the reliability assessment of collinear primer set system provides design reference,laid the foundation for the further application of this technology. |
