Since our country proposed the three transformations of pyrotechnics(standardization,generalization,and systemization)in the 1970 s,fuze setting technology has developed rapidly.Fuze setting system with induction setting technology as the core has gradually formed.The types of artillery shells are constantly increasing,and a complete set of fuze setting test system is urgently needed to provide a test platform for different types of shells.The Information Transmission Link of Fuze Setting System is proposed by the upon background and the necessary of the real project.The system adopt the modular design idea,which can simulate the actual fuze setting process and monitor the setting process.The data changes in each link provided a hardware platform for the setting test under laboratory conditions.With Lab VIEW tool,the upper computer software design is carried out for the system,which greatly improves the integrity of the system.The specific research contents of this dissertation include:(1)After proposing the overall structure of the information transmission link of the fuze setting system,the communication is completed based on the embedded microprocessor in order to improve the compatibility of the whole system to weapon platforms with different interface types.Hardware design convert the data received by the RS232 interface into the CAN bus interface,Ethernet interface,RS232 interface,RS485 interface,USB interface,IIC interface,or 1394 interface for output.The corresponding resonant frequency selector is designed,which realizes the function of program-controlled adjustment of the resonant frequency,and provid a fast and efficient solution for the frequency selection of the signal received by the induction receiving coil in the system,avoiding the trouble of separate design of the traditional resonant circuit.In order to facilitate the observation of the data in the information transmission link,considering the problem of signal attenuation during transmission,a weak signal amplifier with programmable gain of 20 d B-60 d B is designed.(2)The software design of upper computer and lower computer is completed.Base on STM32 hardware platform,the software development of the lower computer is completed with C language,which ensures the high efficiency and real-time performance of the system.And Lab VIEW is used to develop the upper computer software,the upper computer software set control,modulation,demodulation,analysis functions in one,is the operating platform of the whole system.(3)According to the characteristics of the fuze setting system,the Data Encryption Standard encryption algorithm is selected for research and design.Firstly,the principle of DES encryption algorithm is analyzed.A lightweight and improve encryption algorithm Simplified Data Encryption Standard encryption algorithm base on DES is proposed and the corresponding software design is carried out for this algorithm.Finally,the simulation test of the encryption algorithm is completed,which provides a solution for the information security of the fuze setting system.(4)After each function of hardware devices is tested separately,the whole systems are builded for overall joint debugging of software and hardware,using the test data to run the receiving and sending experiments through the system.The test results shows that the average bit error rate of the system is 8.9E-6,which confirms to the system design indicators and actual project requirements.
