Since the rapid advance of high voltage,electrical shock hazards,especially mechanical execution trip,occur commonly.In China,the casualties and large-scale blackout caused by mechanical vehicle electric shock bring great damage to society and economy.Based on the electric field intensity measuring technology,this paper researches and designs pre-warning system for the mechanical vehicle near-power lines.Comparing and analyzing some existing methods and ideas for identifying high-voltage transmission lines.This paper determines to use the near-electricity induction detection method as vehicle's warning start.Integrating technical analysis of the mechanical vehicles near-power warning system and then finding out the function needed to apply in vehicles near-power warning.Analyzing the electric field distribution of high-voltage transmission lines and confirming its regularities of distribution.compared and analyzed the methods of near-electric induction and other electric field detection.Analyzing the measuring principle of spherical sensor and pointing out the resource of measuring error.Analyzing the influence of distorted electric field and achieving the correction matrix through contrastive analysis of the experimental values and standard values.The hardware circuit and software program are designed.The system is divided into signal acquisition devices and communication alarm devices,which transmit data through the NRF905 wireless module.Both devices use the PIC18F87K22 microcontroller.Signal acquisition device is mainly responsible for signal conditioning,which installed the microcontroller to achieve the data comparison and judgment.Communication alarm device integrates several modules,namely wireless communication,voice alarm,GPS positioning,SMS communication and mechanical vehicle emergency braking.The biggest innovation point of the system is that it can judge the safety distance of different transmission lines,including 10kV,110kV,220kV and 330kV.The third gear sensitivity and a self-learning boundary alarm function put forward as weIl.And the designed mechanical vehicle near-power warning system is able to work properly.
