This thesis is based on non spin guided rocket,ues TV guidance technology to design the control system of the guided rocketIn this thesis,the system of guidance rocket was described,introduces the hardware composition of the control system,puts forward the control system requirements,and designs the control system software program.In the control strategy,use PD control;in control loop,use the three-channel loop to design the control system.According to the basic functions and performance requirements of the control system,use TI's TMS 320 F28335 chip DSP as main controller,designed the computer on the rocket The hardware design includes external DSP circuit,functional module interface circuit and PWM power amplifier.In DSP software-ccs environment,use the C language to program,software design mainly contains the overall process control system,composed of AD sampling program,serial communication program,PWM output program etc.the problems of dead zone and gap on the electromechanical actuator was the keystone of this research,and the system of electromechanical actuator was modeled.The process is simulated in Matlab software.By MATLAB software,make mathematical modeling for the pitch,yow and roll three channels,to optimize the PID control parameters.Finally,test the functional of control circuit board,and debug the guided rocket control system.The results show that guided rocket system design is correct,reasonable,well stability and reliability,and achieves better control effect.
