Under the precondition of the development of social and economic problems,education is becoming more and more popular,and grandmather concept is a traditional virtue of our country,such as our country after entering an aging society,countries have more than once emphasized that provide for the aged is an important part of social security,in such circumstances,public pension that occupy the home become popular choice way of pension,and "multigenerational house" has become a hot topic,because entered the aging society in our country is late,so its development relatively late,also some pension measures and design is not perfect.A good living environment can be a good influence on the physical and mental health of the elderly,so for the elderly to build comfortable,reasonable,scientific and suitable for the old people's living environment is very important.This paper by five chapters of "generation" in residential optimal design analysis,first of all,as a result of "generation" in living patterns have particularity,so this article obtains from the inter-generational relations,understand the inter-generational relations in the living space can play a role,and intergenerational relationships will influence on some of the old people,and for the understanding and analysis.And understanding of the physiological and psychological aspects of aging and analysis,learned that during the design for the elderly living environment need to pay attention to the main points of design,and further to the elderly's daily life,through field visiting and investigation,and questionnaire,to understand the elderly on the living environment of the real and urgent demand,thus found the shortcomings currently existing in the elderly living environment,and to improve.Finally,for the old people's physical and psychological quality,and fit the actual demand of old people,from the perspective of people-oriented to meet the needs of all kinds of the stages,the elderly,provide more professional,more comfortable pension for the elderly.
