Strategy Study Of Optimum Aging Planning On The Farmer Resettlement Community Based On The Residential Satisfaction In Suzhou

Our country is facing the increasingly severe test of aging,the community is the basic space unit of the state pension policy,and the family pension in the community will become the main form of the Chinese old-age pension in the future.Meanwhile,under the new urbanization background,the urban scale is expanding continuously."top-down" resettlement area led by government has made the rural traditional residential space great change,the elderly landless farmers' living environment is changing passively,the mismatch between the resettlement area space and the aged farmers' behavior seriously affects the residential satisfaction of the elderly farmers in the resettlement area.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the dual disadvantaged groups of the elderly and the landless peasants in the old age,and it is of great significance to pay attention to study elderly planning of farmer setting community on the basis of their residence satisfaction so as to promote elderly farmers' integration into city life and build a harmonious society.Based on the above background,this article takes Suzhou City which has a dual prominent aging and urbanization level as its research area,and scientifically selects eight resettlement areas in the High-tech Zone,Xiangcheng District,Industrial Park and Wuzhong District as research samples for research.The main contents are as follows:(1)O n the basis of field investigation,we focus on the two living environment of old peasants before and after the migration-traditional rural and resettlement areas,combing the relevant policies of moving farmers,comparing and analyzing the dynamic changes of the living environment,social characteristics and behavior characteristics of the elderly farmers before and after the migration,and pave the way for the analysis of the problems of the suitability of the resettlement areas;(2)based on the analysis of the connotation of "residence satisfaction",and combining relevant literature,it is clear that the satisfaction of elderly farmers' satisfaction is affected by the four dimensions of social spatial factors: policy mechanism,material space,social economy and individual elements,and establishes the “resident satisfaction” influence factor system;(3)The multiple linear regression model of housing satisfaction is constructed,and the influence mechanism of elderly farmers' housing satisfaction is analyzed based on regression results;(4)the problem of the suitability of the farmers' resettlement area is explored according to the characteristics of the changes of the elderly farmers' temporal and spatial behavior before and after the migration,and combining the influence mechanism of the elderly farmers' living satisfaction;(5)With the aim of improving the satisfaction of elderly farmers,we propose strategies for the old-age planning and old-age optimization for the resettlement areas to be built and the established resettlement areas.
