| Due to the advantages of fast-speed and high-efficiency,the ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely utilized in the commercial manufacture,national defense industry and many other fields.With the continuous development of modern social processing industry,the demands for the ultra-high speed motor are increasing.Therefore-it has become the hotspots of research on the ultra-high speed PMSM system.In this dissertation,the research is based on the background of the key research and development project of Jiangsu province "ultra-high speed PMSM driver",which is aimed at the design the drive control system in the actual ultra-high speed PMSM.Firstly,the control requirements of ultra-high speed PMSM are analyzed in detail and the performance indexes of drive control system are provided as well.Then,on that basis,the overall design scheme is proposed which is based on the master-slave control mode of DSP +FPGA.To realize the control requirement better,the IGBT power component whose switch-ing frequency is more than 50 kHz is chosen.Moreover,the detailed analysis and selection of other core component are conducted simultaneously.Secondly,with the idea of modular design,the hardware circuits of the drive control system of ultra-high speed PMSM are designed detailedly.The main control system hardware circuit consists of DSP module,FPGA module and so on.And the drive system hardware circuit consists of rectification module,inverter module and so on.What is more,the PCB design and construction of the drive control system are finished.Then,the research completed the software design of the ultra-high speed PMSM drive control system.In this section,the overall software design is explained.And each module is designed according to the idea of modular design,including the rotor speed estimation module and so on.To ensure the feasibility of the ultra-high speed PMSM control system.the speed sensorless direct torque control strategy are designed.Finally,each hardware and software module of the ultra-high speed PMSM drive control system is debugged,and it shows good performance on the speed control of the ultra-high speed PMSM in the real application,which verifies the validity and rationality of the drive control system design in this dissertation. |
