With the development of science and technology in recent year,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing with a huge change.Therefore,as the heart of the manufacturing industry,ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)have become more and more demanding,and have become a hot topic in domestic and foreign research in recent years.In this paper,an ultra-high-speed PMSM is taken as the research object,and an ultra-high-speed PMSM driver based on FPGA is designed.Firstly,the design requirements of motor driver for ultra-high-speed PMSM have been analyzed in detail.Then,the overall design of the ultra-high-speed PMSM driver with FPGA is proposed based on it,and the selection of key components is completed.Secondly,in consideration of the disadvantages of installing sensors under ultra-high-speed PMSM,an improved Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)based on differential evolution algorithm is designed to apply to speed and position estimation of speed-sensorless ultra-high-speed PMSM.Aiming at the problem of load disturbance and parameter change during the operation of the ultra-high-speed PMSM,a speed controller based on adaptive backstepping sliding mode is designed,and the system simulation model is built based on MATLA/Simulink,finally,the related simulation experiments of no-load and abrupt load are completed to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Then,the hardware circuit design of ultra-high-speed PMSM driver is completed,specifically,the hardware circuit design includes control module circuit,rectifier and inverter module circuit,detection module circuit,protection module circuit and communication module circuit,PCB is also designed and producted in the meanwhile.According to the actual needs,the FPGA-based ultra-high-speed PMSM driver control software is designed.Specifically,the driver control software mainly includes: FPGA software,ARM software and PC software.Finally,the experimental platform of ultra-high-speed PMSM is built for complete the debugging and experiment,the core function modules of the driver controller are debugged,and the system experiments are completed.The results show the feasibility of the hardware,software and algorithm of the ultra-high-speed PMSM driver designed in this paper.
