The pantograph is a device which provides power for the train connected electrically with the contact line on the top of the urban rail transit.So,It's important to research the pantograph detection technology which has a great significance for fault warning and the safety of railway operation.On the basis of absorbing and summarizing predecessors' research results,the detection technology of the pantograph slide wear and centerline offset have been researched in this paper.Firstly,the edge detection technology is mainly introduced,including introduction of edge detection,edge detection operators and simulation analysis of edge detection operators.The direction of edge detection for pantograph slide wear and centerline offset detection technology is clarified by analyzing the detection effect of these edge detection operators.Secondly,the detection technology of pantograph slide wear is studied,which includes image filtering,edge detection and curve fusion algorithm.This paper introduces the hybrid filtering algorithm based on ABDND algorithm and the improved mean filtering algorithm and the adaptive Canny slid wear edge detection algorithm,and analyzes the detected performance of the algorithm.Aiming at the edge of the slide,the image calibration and curve fusion algorithm are used to detect the wear curve of the slide.Thirdly,the technology of pantograph centerline offset detection is studied,which includes the contact point extraction technology and the horn border point extraction technology.The contact point has been extracted based on orientation-based discrete Hough transform for line detection and the template matching algprithm.The coarse positioning,precise positioning of the pantigraph and the extreme point of curvature for the border points have been researched to extract the horn border point.Finally,the system design and experimental analysis of the pantograph detection system are introduced.The overall design scheme,hardware scheme and software scheme of the pantograph detection system are introduced,and the algorithm and experimental analysis of pantograph slide wear and centerline offset are implemented to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm used in this paper.
