With the development of military technology and the change of the war situation,the modern warfare has higher requirements to artillery firing accuracy and speed.The position control performance of the artillery servo system directly affects the firing accuracy and speed.In order to improve the performance of wheeled self-propelled artillery,this paper makes a study of the software,hardware and control strategy of position servo system in the background of a wheeled self-propelled artillery.This research effectively improves the accuracy and response speed of transfering barrel,and effectively suppress the position interference,shortens adjustment time after the interference.This paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,the research object is AC servo system of wheeled self-propelled accuracy,and studies the control of position AC servo system.This paper mainly introduces from the following aspects:(1)Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the project,the development and characteristics of the servo system,and the control strategy of the AC servo system.(2)Secondly,it introduces the building of AC servo system experimental platform,the composition of the platform and the working principle of each part.A hardware circuit and servo amplifier circuit is designed based STM32 + DSP.It also designed some control software of the lower computer and the debug interface of the host computer.(3)Thirdly,the neural network is used to identificat the AC servo system.By comparing the effectiveness of BP neural network and particle swarm optimization algorithm RBF neural network,we select the latter one.(4)The GA and simulated SA optimize fuzzy PID controller is used to design the controller.We use the GA and SA to optimize the membership function of fuzzy control,and use the optimized fuzzy control to adjust the three parameters of PID control.The MATLAB/Simulink model is built to carry on the simulation experiment.(5)Finally,the Hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is built for erperiment to verify the control effect.
