The Structure Design And Development Of The BRT Ticket Checking Machine

With the spread of the idea of the "public transport priority",As a new public transport mode,the bus rapid transit(BRT)attracts more and more attention because of its unique characteristics.After ten years of development,the BRT construction in China has made remarkable achievements.As an important part of the automatic fare collection system(AFC)in BRT,the automatic ticket checker plays a prominent role because its performance has a direct relationship with operation and benefits.So it is necessary to do research on it.In this paper,based on a university-enterprise cooperation projects,focusing on the promoting of the BRT,the structural design of the three-bar automatic ticket machine in the BRT is done according the engineering need after the full investigation the automatic ticket checker.Main contents include:Research on the design method of the space layout of the automatic ticket checker,the result shows that the parallel layout is superior through theoretical analysis and data acquisition;Based on the ergonomics theory,combined with human body size,analysed and designed quantitatively the man-machine problems of the ticket checker.The prototype test results show that the operation is comfortable and consistent with human habits.In order to facilitating transplantation in different products,according to the modular design thought,designed the coin processing module,this module is easy to maintain and upgrade,and through a simple splicing extension,multi-currency identification,the change and return the original currency can be realized,has strong adaptability to the market.According to the purpose of the design of the motorized movement,designed a complete set of movement by analyzing its functional requirements.the movement can achieve automatic take-off rod,adjustable speed,one-way overrun and mechanical anti-collision function,better make up for the deficiency of the existing movement;Research on the mechanical processing and assembly process,finished machine processing and assembly,Carried out a large number of functional tests and system stress tests on the prototype.The result shows that the ticket checker in this design has complete function and operates steadily,completing the design purpose.
