Design And Development Of A Ticket Vending Machine Coin Handling Device Control System

With the vigorous development of the urban rail transit AFC system in our country,the demand of the related technology is very large.Coin handling device is an essential module in the automatic TVM,which can realize coin receiving and change.In view of the above phenomenon,this paper expands studies under the background of realization of domestic production of imported coin handling device.This paper designed and developed a control system of coin handling device,which could achieve the basic function of multi coins receiving,multi coins change,original currency refund and coin recycling.And its performance index are real coin receiving above 96%,fake coin rejection rate above 98%,average coin receiving two per second and average change four per second.According to the requirements of function and performance index,first,this paper introduced the design of overall control scheme coin handling device,including the selection of coin recognition device,the overall control system block diagram and the overall process design.Second,this paper selected embedded microcontroller STM32F103ZE as the MCU and introduced the circuit design of the total control board,the coin storage module,the coin transporting module and the manufacture of the circuit board.Then,it introduced the basic business process design of coin handling device,realization of main functions of the control system,the design of communication protocol and the detail design of command or response.Finally it debugged and tested the hardware circuit,basic command,performance index and abnormal situation.Through the analysis of the final test results,this paper developed a control system which could realize the basic function and performance index of coin handling device.
