With the development of modern science and technology,air raid and anti-air raid have become an important issue in regional wars.And in recent years,the progress of informatization ammunition and the implementation of low cost put forward new ideas for short-range interception weapon systems of modern air defense system.Because of it,study the short-range interception system with time and space synchronization detonation.The fire-control system calculates projectile's open-loop and detonation time due to the target information and sends to projectile-borne fuze through multichannel setting system.After multiple projectiles launching in order,the projectile-borne fuze controls each projectile to open loop in different moments for changing flight parameters to reach the interception location at same time,then controls projectile detonating synchronously as a air barrage to intercept incoming targets.The operating principle of multichannel time and space synchronization detonation control technology which is used for short-range interception has been analyzed.Using Matlab/Simulink simulation technology to model the exterior ballistic motor process of projectile and analyzing the model's correction ability for projectile's flying time.The relevant algorithm based on trajectory model to calculate the open-loop time has been designed.The paper has analyzed each projectile's launching height dispersal of multichannel launch system.Calculating the function relationship between the projectile's dispensed interval and difference of launching height through the simulated data fitting.The multichannel setting system with multichannel time and space synchronization detonation control technology has been designed to realize multi-fuze setting function.The system's working principle and each module's function have been researched.And calculating the design parameters of setting system.For setting module,the corresponding hardware circuit and software program have been designed to achieve the function.The electronic time fuze circuit with control function for both open-loop and detonation has been designed.The circuit's working principle and each module's function have been researched.The operating principle of speed self-test modified technique for projectile's open loop time during the circuit's operation has been analyzed.Designing the corresponding hardware circuit and software program for each module,which are used to implement the fuze's function of speed correction during flight and detonation on time.Towards the circuit system setting function,speed correcting function,control circuit's output and self-destroying function,the static experiments and functional test have been carried on to verify.After testing,the speed detecting error of fuze is 0.03%,the open loop time error is 0.04%and the detonating time error is 0.05%.During the temperature adaptability experiment,the fuze circuit shows more tolerant to high temperature environment than low temperature environment.Doing thrice dynamic tests in range with a single projectile,setting and fuze function have been verified in the actual process of launch.At the same time,the system's overload ability against launching shock has been checked.
