Over the years,with the continuous progress of our society and the comprehensive development of building technology,atrium design has gradually become an important form of architectural design.At the same time,in recent years,some serious fire accidents have led to a large number of casualties.According to the survey,fire evacuation is an important factor leading to heavy casualties caused by fire accidents.Based on this,it is necessary to pay attention to the fire safety evacuation of buildings.The growing number of atrium buildings,to a certain extent,increases the number of fires.Compared with common buildings,atrium buildings show the characteristics of complex functions,high density of people,large amount of combustible materials and large fire load.And the atrium is designed as a shared space.Although the design of the interior space can be extended to enhance the aesthetic perception and the effect of the building space,it also increases the fire hazards.Once the fire happened in this space,It will bring great difficulties for fighting and evacuation work,it is likely to cause heavy casualties and huge property damage.Atrium class architectural form has brought serious challenges for the construction of fire safety evacuation.In view of the problem of fire evacuation in the form of atrium buildings,China has not yet formed specific laws and regulations to regulate its research.And lack accurate definition of the concept of the atrium in the existing norms,while a single specification is difficult to meet the various forms of atrium class architecture.Therefore,how to objectively and scientifically evaluate the status quo of fire safety evacuation in the construction of the atrium,and then provide a reference for the design of fire safety evacuation for the construction of the atrium,and provide support for the fire prevention,fire protection design and fire control decision of this type of building have become the urgency of the field of fire problems.At present,most of the researches on fire safety evacuation decision are only directed against the certain index theoretically,such as the evaluation of the smoke control system or the fire compartment.For a specific building,the evaluation of the current situation of the fire safety evacuation is usually affected by many factors.Thus,it is of great theoretical and engineering significance to research and develop a decision support system for fire safety evacuation with a better man-machine conversation cross section,comprehensive evaluation indexes,which is designed for atrium buildings.Based on the analysis of the existing building atrium fire safety evacuation system,this paper introduces the idea of decision support system into the construction of fire control evacuation work in the building,and puts forward the idea of constructing the decision support system of building atrium fire safety evacuation decision.Referring to the domestic and international safety evacuation literature and the successful experience of developing the decision support system,this paper proposes the factor index system of atrium fire safety evacuation and the methods of rating the present situation of fire safety evacuation,and initially designs fire safety evacuation decision support system on the basis of the platform.Taking the a atrium in certain city as an example,the operating system is used to obtain the level of the fire safety evacuation,and make corresponding improvement suggestions and measures for the fire safety evacuation.Via the design of atrium fire safety evacuation decision support system,we hope to provide effective decision-making support and improve the management capabilities and efficiency for the government functional departments.
