With the intensification of energy problems,People began pay more attention to micro-grid,Micro-grid can effectively use renewable energy,to reduce environment pollution and energy loss,But the randomness of new energy,make the micro-grid faced the impact of bilateral disturbance.Regarding the issue above,in this paper,the method of model predictive control is introduced into micro-grid energy management,Specifically carried out the following work:At first,the characteristics of the micro-grid are analyzed,A mathematical model of micro-grids including wind turbines,photovoltaic power generation systems,gas turbines and energy storage batteries was established.According to the basic principle of model predictive control and the characteristics of micro-grid,the constraints of each model are analyzed,And the prediction model of micro-grid is deduced.Secondly,the energy management strategy of micro-grid island and grid-connected mode is studied by using predictive control method.In the micro-grid island operation mode,the demand side management method is introduced to classify the load and use the predictive control method to coordinate the control of the load side and the power supply measurement,and eliminate the uncertainty caused by the new energy.In addition,according to the situation that the reserve capacity of the energy storage system is insufficient in the islanding mode,a new energy storage system management method is proposed.According to the storage capacity of the energy storage system,the charge and discharge cost of the energy storage system is adjusted,Maintain the storage capacity of the energy storage system in a moderate state,so that it has a two-way adjustment to keep the balanced relationship of the micro-grid,improve the stability of system.In the grid-connected mode,based on the principle of time-of-use electricity price,through the method of model predictive control controlling the energy consumption of the energy storage system and the gas turbine,to made effectively the arbitrage capacity of the micro-grid effectively and improve the profitability of the power grid use.At last,based on the python language model,the Gurobi optimizer is invoked to simulate the different control strategies,and the superiority of the strategy is verified.
