Gear driving device is a core component of the high-speed EMU bogie,and its designing level is directly related to China’s high-speed EMU overall design level.As of 2016,China’s high-speed rail operating mileage has reached 22,000 kilometers,ranking first in the world.The rapid development of high-speed EMU benefited from the technological innovation and upgrading of advanced locomotives and rolling stock.Through the technology acquisition,digestion and absorption and independent innovation,China’s EMU production enterprises already have the independent innovation capability.But as the core components of the EMU bogie,the gear drive system is strictly subject to foreign technology monopoly,desperately in need of the domestic research.This thesis taking a certain type of high-speed EMU as an example,analyzes the technical parameters of the drive device,designing the overall program.It focus on the designing of the lubrication seal structure,which has a direct impact on the gear drive device;Finally,based on finite element analysis,verifies the overall design by simulation.The research work can mainly summarized as follows:(1)The overall scheme design According to the existing the installation space and interface size,motor parameters by reserved of the gear drive device,design the overall program of the high-speed EMU gear drive,analyze the various parts of the spatial layout,and the key parts of the structure of the form are highlighted.(2)Lubricating oil channel design In order to make the gear and bear can be fully lubricated,it chooses oil bath plus splash lubrication.The design of the oil sump and oil structure,can ensure lubrication and reduce their own weight in the meantime.The oil return design allows the train to be lubricated at the starting or low speed bearings,improving the reliability and stability of the gear drive.(3)Non-contact two-way seal design Combined with China’s national conditions and the cross-regional operation of the actual situation,the design of the non-contact two-way seal,not only can avoid leakage of lubricants but also avoid external debris into the oil tank,which can realize the efficient seal.(4)The overall load,parts strength analysis Through applying the external load of gear drive whole,through the interaction of parts to achieve a single part of the load,then enter into the key component strength analysis.The study found that the key components meet all of the train operating requirements.(5)System modal analysis Based on noise control and avoidance of resonance,the modal analysis of the gear drive unit as a whole shows that the natural frequency of the gear drive unit of the EMU has large difference between the gear meshing frequency,so it does not resonate.The research work of this thesis provides an important reference value for the localization of high-speed EMU gear drive.
