Technical Plan Design And Economic Evaluation Analysis Of The New Railway ZJ Section Project

The design and construction of the newly-built railway Z-J section project is able to solve the basic problems of local traffic inconvenience,lack of transport and other practical problems.The project is of great significance for improving the local transportation network,stimulating the local economy,saving energy,protecting the environment and promoting national unity.Economic evaluation of railway project is the important content and organic part of possibility research about the feasibility of railway project,and it offers advices about projects,the report of feasibility,the examination and approval to the article of design admission,the item appraisal and the scientific and economic evaluation to economic warrant.According to the railway design,construction standards and the requirements of economic evaluation parameters and methods,we selected the newly-built railway Z-J section project and carried out economic evaluation analysis to provide reliable and accurate decision reference.Chapter 1 introduced the significance and necessity of the newly-built railway Z-J section project.Chapter 2 analyzed transportation needs and main technical standards,and determined the final technical proposal for the newly-built railway Z-J section project.In the third chapter,we estimated the important basic data such as investment,cost,operating income,business tax and additional and profit,etc.,which laid the foundation for financial analysis,Chapter 4 carried on the economic evaluation analysis and calculated economic internal rate of return and other major indicators,which explained that the economic evaluation conclusion of the project was feasible.The fifth chapter studied the uncertainty factor analysis of the newly-built railway Z-J section project,and calculated each year of the preservation of capital and the cost of capital preservation.It has guiding significance to the transportation management after the completion of the project.The sensitivity calculation table of economic internal rate of return showed that the newly-built railway Z-J section project had strong financial feasibility and anti risk ability.Chapter 6 summarized the main research results and some corresponding suggestions were proposed.
