Permanent magnet synchronous motor than the asynchronous motor with high efficiency,small size,low loss,simple structure,light weight and other advantages.In recent years,with the development of motor control technology,power electronics technology and rare earth permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in national defense,household appliances,manufacturing,industrial and other fields.At present,the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is mainly composed of direct torque control and vector control.The vector control method controls the torque of the motor by changing the armature current of the motor.It needs to create a complex mathematical model of the controlled object.And the direct torque control method directly in the stator coordinate system to calculate and control the motor torque,to overcome the complexity of the vector control method.However,in the direct torque control of the torque regulator due to the use of positive and negative vector to increase and decrease the motor torque,easy to cause the motor in the steady state of the motor torque and current pulse is too large,so that the motor control system operation Performance is not optimized,the motor running quality degradation,so the need for motor control in the process of torque ripple to effectively suppress.In this paper,the torque ripple suppression method is studied for the torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the zero-vector control method and the back-EMF shape function control method are used to suppress the torque ripple.Zero vector control method mainly through the establishment of mathematical model to suppress the torque ripple,the motor torque expression discretization,derived positive vector,inverse vector and zero vector between the three torque changes,according to the motor The moment between the set value and the actual torque value to determine the size of the torque control signal,and then select the conditioning torque.The back electromotive force shape function control method mainly through the two-phase conduction control of the torque observer,the traditional rotor flux control into the back electromotive force control,the establishment of the back electromotive force shape function to suppress the torque ripple mathematical model,the stator three The three-phase shape function obtained by the phase electromotive force is multiplied by the amplitude of the trapezoidal wave back electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and then the product result is substituted into the torque equation to obtain the motor torque.Finally,the simulation software is used to simulate the torque ripple simulation model and the backlash shape function to suppress the torque ripple simulation model.The simulation results show that the introduction of zero vector and back electromotive force shape function effectively suppresses the torque ripple The In order to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis,the simulation results are verified experimentally.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The experimental and simulation results verify the correctness of the two pulsation suppression methods.
