This paper focuses on the problem that how to obtain stable and high-power power for electric vehicles.With the development and utilization of new energy sources continuously in our energy-consuming country,more efficient use of existing energy sources has become increasingly important.The electric vehicle has the advantages of small clean pollution,power source diversification,high energy conversion efficiency,simple structure,convenient maintenance and so on.Due to the existing problems of consuming time,small number,safety hazards,maintenance inconvenience and difficulties to plug-in charging pile,the wireless charging mode of electric vehicle is considered to be the future of charge and the important ways to realize the efficient use of energy.Wireless power transmission technology not only can overcome the disadvantages of traditional contact power supply,but also can break the restrictions on the popularity of electric vehicles.Wireless power transmission technology has an important role to promote the development of the industry.Firstly,this paper puts forward a set of launch guide rail optional open circuit of high efficient power solutions based on the electric vehicle dynamically charging technology,which is judging the driving position of the electric vehicle to selectively open and break independence launch rail that is buried in the road.Secondly,this paper selects a single independent transmission guide rail to study the characteristics of the coupling structure in the dynamic charging process.To achieve practical charging requirements and improve the dynamic coupling characteristics,this paper optimizes the electromagnetic coupling structure of WPT dynamic coupling system and proposes a collaborative multi-coil coupling structure model based on the two coils coupling structure.Thirdly,based on the numerical analysis method of the electromagnetic field,structure of collaborative coupling electromagnetic structure is designed and the number of turns is matched to make the transmission performance reach the optimum state.In view of the lateral offset and horizontal movement,the simulation experiment of the transmission performance of the collaborative coupling system and the two coils coupling system is carried out.The collaborative coupling electromagnetic structure has high dynamic transmission performance by comparing the two kinds of coupling structures.Finally,the experimental platform of the dynamic charging system for electric vehicle is built based on the hardware circuit design.It is concluded that collaborative coupling structure respectively is increased by 24%and 25%compared to the two coils structure in terms of transmission efficiency and dynamic offset degree.After adding the magnetic shielding structure with high permeability,the transmission efficiency and dynamic offset degree of the coupling structure is improved by 5.1%and 7.1%respectively.And the optimized collaborative electromagnetic coupling structure under different transmission different is analyzed in the experiment.At last,the optimal transmission distance of the model is obtained.
