With the progress of the society,more and more construction projects are used to mass concrete.People pay more and more attention to the serious influence of temperature crack to the engineering construction.This paper summarized on the basis of temperature crack of mass concrete technology and theory research,relying on wide music construction of large volume concrete in the water bearing speed of Lianjiang bridge,the technique for control of the crack were studied,and through the ANSYS simulation analysis of the changing process of mass concrete in the construction process of temperature and stress field.The following results have been obtained:1,Through the mixing expansive agent,fly ash and superplasticizer in large volume concrete with ratio test and choose good comprehensive properties of several with likened to temperature rise test,and finally to determine the with low thermal shrinkage compensation concrete mix proportion.2,On the basis of the research of construction method and construction technology,this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of construction and maintenance measures for mass concrete.3,Through the literature review and the recent consolidation,combing the theory of concrete temperature field,the heat conduction equation of concrete temperature calculation method,the calculation method of concrete stress theory,provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the project.4,Through the simulation of the construction process of Lianjiang port bridge in the construction process,the control measures of mass concrete crack are verified.Through the preparation of ANSYS related APDL command flow macro files,can be very convenient to use ANSYS to concrete cooling water pipe temperature field and stress field of the parameters and batch calculation.The ANSYS of concrete cooling pipe for the detailed modeling process,and the simulation results obtained by the temperature and the measured results were compared and analyzed,the variation of temperature in cooling water pipe under the action of concrete and the corresponding stress regularity,provide the corresponding reference value of its research results for other similar.
