With the extensive use of mass concrete in the engineering field,engineers have paid more and more attention to this structure,but at the same time,the problems of this structure have followed.In the construction engineering of large volume concrete structure,the hydration reaction of cement often produces a lot of heat,and because of poor thermal conductivity,the heat can not be released in time,resulting in a sharp increase in the internal temperature of the structure,resulting in excessive temperature difference inside and outside the concrete.If the temperature stress exceeds the tensile resistance of concrete,there will be temperature cracks.When the cracks are unfavorable to the durability and safety of concrete,it is necessary to analyze the hydration heat of mass concrete at this time.Relying on the Shuanghe bridge as the engineering background,this paper carries out related research work.Firstly,the significance of studying the structure of mass concrete and the current research situation at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the thermodynamic characteristics of cement concrete and the calculation of temperature field are introduced.According to the different boundary conditions,the analysis method of finite element is discussed theoretically.Then the finite element software Midas/Civi is used to simulate the 2# platform and explore the distribution law of concrete temperature stress and temperature field.The validity and practicability of the model are verified by comparison between theory and practice.In order to control the temperature change of the structure,the whole construction process is optimized from the components of concrete,mix proportion,admixture,pre cooling of raw materials,the layout of cooling water pipe,construction technology and maintenance measures,so that the structure is within the control range of temperature control.In order to control the hydration reaction of the whole mass concrete and prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks,the above analysis is summarized and the above optimization measures are applied to the project.
