With the continuous improvement of our countrry's social and economic level and the level of science and technology the road construction industry has been continuously promoted and the level of transportation information has been continuously improved.How to more quickly,cheaper,more convenient collection,update road information for road maintenance,maintenance and intelligent decision-making.get more and more attention.Especially for the maintenance of rural roads,but also need to face a large number of maintenance personnel,low maintenance costs,while the majority of people's lives have a significant impact on the reality.Then how to build a data collection system for rural roads,it has become engaged in road engineering research workers must pay attention to a problem.This paper explores the possibility of using the depth-of-field correction stereo image method to collect the information of rural road information by taking the obstacle data which will affect the normal traffic condition of rural highway as the starting point.The main innovations are as follows:1.A solution to the acquisition of road obstacle information by using three-dimensional image depth correction method is proposed.Through the comparison and analvsis of the existing road information collection system.combined with the characteristics of the rural highway,the preliminary research,and the characteristics of the three-dimensional image and the depth image,it is proposed to obtain the obstacle space information through GPS and the depth image correction binocular image program.2.The method of capturing and storing the depth image and binocular image of rural road foreign body is established,and the matching method of heterogeneous image is established according to the characteristics of depth image and color image.This method makes use of the depth camera to collect the depth of field data and is not susceptible to the characteristics of background light image,which greatly improves the foreground target extraction effect collected by binocular camera in complex environment.3.Through the development of the prototype system of road foreign body recognition based on depth camera and binocular camera.the efficiency of acquisition and recognition of the three-dimensional image correction on the road foreign body recognition is verified.Based on the experimental design of GPS the depth of the image and three-dimensional image acquisition system,in Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 using C#programming language developed experimental road foreign body information identification acquisition system,to achieve the road foreign body identification and information collection functions.
