Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has many advantages,which it has a small size,low noise,high efficiency,high reliability,power density and other characteristics are widely used in high performance occasions,so permanent magnet synchronous motor more and more The more people pay attention and attention.As a new type of AC motor control technology,direct torque control technology has many advantages,such as the control method is simple and direct,the system has strong robustness and dynamic response fast.Because of the excellent characteristics of the two,the combination of these two technologies has become an important hot topic in the field of modern communication.This dissertation,the mathematical model and the direct torque control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.The shortcomings of the traditional DTC control system using the voltage integral to estimate the stator flux are analyzed,so that the stator flux value can not be calculated accurately.The control system requires the installation of mechanical sensors to measure the motor speed and position signals,but in some harsh environments to install mechanical sensors,due to environmental factors,the mechanical sensor itself will be measured inaccurate,the accuracy is not high error will affect Control system performance.In order to solve the above-mentioned problemless sensorless technology,This dissertation designs a simulation model of PMSM_DTC control system based on EKF in two-phase stationary(α-β)coordinate system.The algorithm uses the principle method of minimizing the variance of the estimated error and avoids the shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional DTC control method,The simulation results show that the stator flux pulsation and torque ripple are significantly reduced.In addition,based on the EKF observer in the speed of the estimated accuracy and effectiveness,to achieve a sensorless operation.Aiming at the problem of to overcome the past an Extended Kalman filter for state estimation in induction motor is difficult to obtain optimum noise Matrix method to achieve permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)sensorless control,This dissertation proposed a methed using EKF optimized by improved partical swarm algorithm optimization.By combining genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization respective advantage,combined genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to improve the particle swarm algorithm and inherited their own virtue.It optimized the EKF system noise matrix by IPSO,Then optimized EKF applied PMSM sensorless direct torque control system.simulation results show that the proposed method can improve filtering performance,thereby enhancing the induction motor sensorless direct torque control(DTC)system control property.
