Along with the rapid growth of China' s economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of urban population as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the urban residents' travel volume has increased, resulting the increasing demand for transportation.Urban rail transit system is convenient, comfortable and punctual, which makes it the first choice for public traveling.Large passenger flow distribution caused by large-scale activities and growth in public daily travel volume will exert great pressure on the urban rail transit system from time to time, bringing the daily operation of the organization great pressure. The rail transit station is usually located in the underground,in which the building structure is complex, the entrance is small, the evacuation line is long, the ventilation and lighting condition is poor, the electrical equipment is various and the personnel are highly concentrated.Once there is a sudden situation, the evacuation practiced by subway station personnel will be difficult. Therefore, the evacuation of the passenger under both normal circumstances and emergency should be taken into full consideration in formulating of the station operation organization program so that the operation program will be more comprehensive, scientific, and reasonable. At present, due to the great challenges led by rapid growth of passenger flow to the daily management of the station, the station will set the steering railings to ease passenger interference,to reduce passenger flow' s pressure on the station facilities and operating vehicles. In addition, setting the steering rails will affect the passengers' demand for fast transportation, especially for the evacuation efficiency of passengers. Thus,it is necessary to further study the mechanism between subway station drainage railings and passengers in order to properly use and set the steering railings, eventually achieving the coordination and connection between both in the normal and emergency passenger flow organization program. The main method is to set up the guide rails for the construction of the passenger flow line where the station is put into operation. Therefore, the paper studies the sguide rails of the rail transit station and finishes the following work:1.The paper analyzes the characteristics of pedestrians and the passenger flow line under the normal operation of the urban rail transit station. Then the paper summarizes the macroscopic cluster behavior and micro individual behavior under the emergency situation.2.On-site research work of Shenzhen subway station is carried Oout, and the common layout of the guide rails inside and outside the station is summarized, and the characteristics of the guide rails are also analyzed.3.Through the comparative analysis of a variety of traffic simulation software and we finally select of the Anylogic as a simulation tool. The simulation also analyzes the setting conditions of the guide rail and its influence on the evacuation efficiency under normal conditions, and the improvement measures are put forxward. The study shows that the setting mode of the guide rail has a significant effect on the pedestrian flow density, and the guide rails will obviously affect the pedestrian walking speed and evacuation efficiency.Reasonable setting of the guide rails can reduce the impact on the time and evacuation of pedestrian. The research results of the paper can be used to guide and optimize the layout of the railroad rails in the subway station,to control the passenger flow reasonably and to alleviate the conflict of the passenger flow lines,so as to formulate a scientific and comprehensive passenger flow organization program of the rail transit station.
