With the increasingly prominent of air pollution problems such as PM2.5,the harmfulness of micro particles has gradually attracted the attention by the people,and the removal of micro particles dust has also gradually become the research target of the majority of scientific research scholars.Based on considering comprehensively the advantages of various kinds of dust collector,the paper put forward the dust removal technology of spraying and vibrating string fiber grid,adopting homemade dust collector model,and carrying out the theoretical and experimental research of the dust removal characteristics and configuration optimization.The optimal spray electrode spacing and the minimum corona voltage range was determined by variable limit test;according to the fluid mechanics principle,the paper carried on the theoretical analysis of dust removal mechanism of the single fiber and dense fiber grid,then it deduced that the formula of fiber grid resistance and local resistance,and determined the optimal layout of fiber grating by the contrast test;with the fiber grating with dust water mass flow rate and dust water accumulation status were compared separately,the paper studied the settlement rules and accumulation pattern of different materials and the gap fiber grid,and through the experiment,the paper investigated the dust removal characteristics of different material fiber grid under the two changing experimental conditions of the presence and absence of spray and high voltage;single factor test with the fiber grid number,fiber material,fiber grating,fiber grating and the gap distance between the nozzle as the research object,and according to the test results,each selected three level orthogonal test was carried out to determine the optimum configuration,on this basis,the paper further studied the influence of four peripheral parameters of hydraulic pressure sprayers,corona voltage,electric field wind speed and entrance average dust concentration on dust removal efficiency,and the correlation and linear regression analysis was carried out as well;finally,the paper carried through dust sampling grading on filter import and export and statistics of all levels of particle size distribution frequency change under the optimal configuration and peripheral conditions.Through the test analysis,the final determination of the optimum configuration for the 3 gap0.6mm nylon fiber grating,and the minimum distance between the fiber grating was 18.5cm.Best peripheral conditions for spray pressure 0.5MPa,corona voltage 30 KV,electric field wind speed1.86m/s,and entrance average dust concentration 1.89g/m3.The empirical formula of comprehensive dust removal efficiency:y=66.348+0.616x1+31.829x2-0.1x3-2.154x4,the actual efficiency of dust removal for optimal allocation and peripheral conditions could achieve 97.12%,the distribution frequency of PM10 also fall 27.25% after the process of filter,and the removal efficiency reached 71.7% was far higher than the other particle size range.Theoretical and experimental results showed that the spray-charged-string vibration fiber grid dust removal technology as a new type of composite high-efficiency aspirating technology was of highpurification efficiency for micro particles dust and its simple structure made it have a certain application value in the future dust removal technology.
