With the development of modern civilization,the motor has become one of the main carriers to raise productivity and improve people’s lives.The appearance of Magnetic Suspension Motor is a good solution to resolve the problem of the bearing life,the mechanical vibration and noise caused by the rotor rotation,and the Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor using the rotor’s structure with permanent magnet reduces the size compared with the traditional Magnetic Suspension Motor.At the same time,improve the conversion efficiency of motor and reduce the power amplifier loss.However,it only can be started with the stator’s structure of the Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor in terms of reducing the size of the motor and optimizing the structure,here,by using a single set of windings,both to drive the rotor rotation,but also to control the rotor suspension.Specifically,by using three sets of independent windings to control the suspension of the rotor in three directions,meanwhile,three sets of windings can be combined to form a rotating magnetic field to drive motor rotation.In this way,it can further reduce the size of the motor in the stator.In this paper,it designs the structure and does research on radial control drive of Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor,the design of the structure is based on traditional design of motor,and the design of radial control drive for Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor is mainly based on hardware and software.Specific work includes the following parts:This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor,analyzes the electromagnetic mechanism of Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor,establishes radial levitation force equation of Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor by using the principle of virtual displacement.The structural design of the Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor is mainly divided into structural parameters of radial suspension motor and parameters of axial suspension motor.Analyzes the induced magnetic field by using the finite element analysis software of electromagnetic field to obtain magnetic field distribution of main components and the relationship between magnetic levitation force and displacement,other control parameters.Through the structural design of the Hybrid Magnetic Levitation Motor,the design of the radial control drive hardware is mainly included the hardware design of the motor rotation drive based on the SVPWM technology,and the suspension hardware design based on the full bridge power amplifier.Followed by a brief description of the software control ideas.The experimental platform is built to carry out the relevant experimental analysis,the experimental results are basically consistent with the predetermined requirements.
