The requirement for road lamps design of lighting industry is more and more higher.The light distribution design should not only meet the requirements of "city road lighting design standards" and "road lighting energy-saving certification requirements".Based on the basis of the original road to achieve the total and longitudinal uniform brightness value,illumination the total uniformity increases continuously,the pedestrian and vehicle driver glare decreased,in order to improve the road safety coefficient and reduce the accident caused by road lighting.Currently,China has a lot of LED streets,but the road distance ratio(the distance between the two adjacent lamp)usually is 3.2,3.5,3.6,3.8,4.0,limite the arrangement distance of road lamps,increase the cost of road lighting.So the application range of the optical lens are designed to expand the model of road lighting technology to further improve the LED The level of road lighting to reduce the cost of road lighting construction.In order to improve the quality of lighting LED lamp and reduce the cost of road lighting,this paper proposes the design scheme for rod pitch than LED lamp 4.2.Analysis of LED light source principle,the theory of nonimaging optics and road lighting standards,study different solving method: trial error method and differential equation method.Then based on the two methods design a four lane and a six lane lens,and then simulate the optical system,according the results analysis the questions.The method of trial and error: modeling,ray tracing,scene simulation analysis of the structure,until the simulation results meet the requirements of road lighting.Through the process,we should analysis the cause of the problems,modify the model coordinates of the point,until obtaining the required spot,light distribution and scene simulation results is ok.Differential equation method: which is based on Snell law,edge ray principle to establish the initial solution of differential equations,then using MATLAB programming obtain the modeling of point cloud data,and take them into the Solidworks to form free surface.Next,bring them into Tracepro software for ray tracing,and scene simulation in DIAlux,determined the final structure.This paper mainly explores the optical design of LED street light lens,the method of mold design,the selection and processing of mould material,injection molding process.Two different methods are used in this paper to design two lens for four lane and six lane roadlighting respectively.And the four lane lens' U0 is 0.64,UI 0.78,TI 8,SR 0.53,Ehav 0.565,CU is more than 0.75;the six lane lens' U0 is 0.60,UI 0.76,TI 9,SR 0.78,Ehav 0.650?CU is0.60;the rod pitch ratio is 4.2;both have high uniformity illumination.Use hot runner mould processing production,no material floolwing lens,and the product performance was tested by light intensity distribution curve lens can meet the requirement,to verify the correctness of the design.The road lighting equal to 100 km,relative to the mounting rod pitch than the 4.0street lamp can save more than 120 exhibition lighting,greatly reducing the cost of road lighting.
