There are need lots of micro injection molded parts in auto parts,relative to micro injection parts,the traditional micro injection molding machine's mold system has a large size,low material utilization ratio,and insufficient filling.This paper design a linear ultrasonic motor that is used for driving ultrasonic micro injection molding machine mold system,and then discussing the key technique of mold system in detail.First of all,put forward a new type of ultrasonic micro injection molding machine's mold system.By the ultrasonic unit to molten the plastic parts,the injection pressure is low,so the clamping force is small,Using ultrasonic motor driven clamping.According to the working principle and characteristics of ultrasonic micro injection molding machine,the mould system is designed,the structure of gating system is determined,anglicizing the heat-structure coupling of moving mould,validating the rationality of the moving mould size designing.Secondly,the key component of mould system is designed.The ultrasonic micro injection is driven by linear ultrasonic motor to realize clamping,according to the working principle of ultrasonic linear motor,designing a double driving feet longitudinal bending of linear ultrasonic motor,with the modal analysis and transient analysis.Through the longitudinal and bending frequency degeneration,to obtain the optimized dimensions of linear ultrasonic motor,the theory maximum speed and the theory maximum driving force.Provide a basis for the dynamic template topology optimization.Using the servo motor for clamping,in the process of open mould,the injection molded parts is push-out.Finally,complete the moving platen topology optimization.The driving force of the linear ultrasonic motor is small,then the moving platen quality is larger,in order to clamping,the moving platen is designed by the topology optimization,according to the shape of the moving platen after topology optimization,the moving platen is redesigned again,checking its strength.The results show that the optimized dynamic template quality reduced 64%,strength meet the requirements.
