Research On Intelligent Substation Protection Control Solutions

As one of the important link of the smart grid,the safe and stable operation of intelligent substation is particularly important for power grid.Building a new generation of intelligent substation,increase the ability of substation protection and control operation is the requirement of power system development.A new generation of intelligent substation adopts the top-level design,and to complete the three shifts,professional design to the overall design,primary equipment intelligence to the intelligent primary equipment change,scattered independent system to the integration of business system.This paper analyzes the features of intelligent substation,system structure and network structure,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of a new generation of intelligent substation compared to traditional substation.On this basis,this paper studies the new generation of intelligent substation protection control solutions.With the development of smart substation,alternative cable connection optical cable is used in great quantities in the smart substation,secondary loop into a "black box",this lead to secondary system running complex.Therefore,to carry out the secondary loop visualization,secondary system abnormal alarm and intelligent diagnosis research and application has important practical significance.This article complements secondary system information model on the basis of SCD model.By supplementing primary equipment model and interchanger model,increasing the primary equipment and secondary equipment related information modeling,connected the primary equipment model,secondary equipment model and communication model.This lay a foundation for the secondary system visualization,the abnormal alarm and other advanced application.This realized the secondary loop and platen state visualization based on the extended SCD model.In this paper,and then probes into a secondary system mobile visualization operations technology.The technology can greatly improve the efficiency and correctness of the smart substation's debugging,maintenance and reconstruction.With the development of intelligent and intensive power grid,the protection equipment to devolve on the spot will become the important direction.This paper proposes a new generation of intelligent substation site level protection.The architecture of this scheme is simple,and the circuit is concise.This can improve the quickness and reliability of protection.In this paper,the different schemes are discussed in this paper,and select the optimum solution.
