With the development of artificial intelligence technology,more and more robots have come out,so the charging technology for robots has been focused on.At present,the lithium battery is widely used in the field of robot power supply because of its high energy density,long life span and high reliability.The traditional charging devices for lithium battery with cable,which need to plug the charger connector,are unsafe,inconvenient and easy to cause issues such as poor contact,leakage and so on.In recent years,several wireless charging devices for lithium batteries have come out,which generally use a double tube or multi-tube topology,however there are some shortcomings with these charging devices such as big size,high cost,low efficiency and so on.This paper presents a single-tube inverter circuit for high-frequency inverter used to charge lithium battery wirelessly,and the main work is as follows:(1)Introduced the background and significance of the topic,elaborated the research status quo of wireless power transmission technology,charge management technology.Put forward the main content of the research and innovation.(2)In terms of the structure and the function,the device this paper presented was divided into two parts including primary circuit,secondary circuit or the pre-stage circuit,the post-stage circuit.Finally,the circuit was devide into the pre-stage circuit,the post-stage circuit to design and analysis.The pre-stage circuit is the part of wireless power transmission,and the post-stage circuit is the part charge management.(3)The design of the wireless power transmission circuit,the common resonant compensation method,the inverter circuit type,communication methods were introduced and compared,selected the appropriate main circuit topology,the selected topology for a detailed analysis.Then,designed the control circuit,drive circuit,protection circuit,detection circuit,auxiliary power and so on.Presented the problems and solutions in the design.(4)Designed the charging management circuit,analyzed its working principle,presented rationality of the design.(5)The circuit was simulated by simulation software,and the experimental prototype was fabricated.The experiment was carried out and the lithium charging curve was recorded.
