Research On Fault Diagnosis Of Distribution Network Based On Causal Network

Fault diagnosis of distribution network is the important problem in electrical power system research.A rapidly fault diagnosis of distribution network has great significance to reduce the outage area and shorten the outage time.At the same time it played an important role to improve the quality of power supply and improve the efficiency of distribution network.With the continuous development of the distribution network technology,the degree of intelligence is getting higher and higher,and the distribution network is becoming more and more automated.When the fault occurred in distribution network power grid monitoring system and data acquisition system,and all kinds of information will be to the management center to help us analyze,but failure handling personnel need to diagnose and deal with faults from large amounts of information,this time in fault judgment made high demands.Therefore,adding practical fault diagnosis module in the distribution network monitoring system should be has real value.In this paper,the common artificial intelligence methods used in distribution network fault diagnosis are analyzed,and the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of fault diagnosis methods are summarized.And according to the construction of the distribution network fault diagnosis model based on causal network,make full use of causal network fast reverse reasoning ability,using the fault occurs in distribution network of various alarm information,the relationship of the equipment of power distribution network is abstracted into three kinds of basic causality,reverse logic reasoning using causal network,to realize the distribution network fault diagnosis.The simulation results showed that the model can achieve a better diagnosis effect and prove the research has certain value in use.With the development of the distribution network,a large number of distributed generation(DG)access is bound to on the traditional distribution network operation,control and protection configuration of impact,so as to put forward new requirements to the distribution network fault diagnosis.This paper reports the distribution network system with DG,introduces the basic knowledge of distributed generation,as well as the main distributed generation technology and its operation mode.In order to adapt to the impact of DG access on the protection configuration,introducing the concept of virtual node to construct the distribution network causal network diagnosis model with DG.In addition,when the fault occurs in the distribution network,if the fault information is lost or distorted by interference,the short board of the causal network error correction ability will be highlighted.In order to reduce the error rate,on the basis of the original first pretreatment of all kinds of information,put forward the improvement of causal network information pretreatment based on DG distribution network fault diagnosis method,the existence of malfunction under the condition of containing DG intelligent distribution network fault diagnosis and protection in circuit breaker.Finally,a practical example is given to demonstrate the superiority of the improved causal network in fault diagnosis of DG distribution network.
