The oscilloscope is widely used in the field of measurement and testing of general purpose electronic equipment.At present,there are many different performance and different types of oscilloscopes at home and abroad,according to its implementation mechanism is divided into two categories,such as the traditional analog oscilloscope and digital oscilloscope.Through a large number of market research and related data collection,we know that the vast majority of digital oscilloscopes based on large-scale integrated circuits or digital signal processors as the core controller,still retains the traditional oscilloscope type,with a very rich peripheral features,Including the network,audio and video and external storage.But in hand-held portable digital oscilloscope field,that is,with a considerable level of performance,there are relatively high cost of the product is still relatively small.In this paper,the programmable gate array(FPGA)is used as the core of the master,and the NIOS? soft core is integrated in the chip,and the hardware logic processing part and the soft core software processing are allocated rationally.Part,coupled with the external oscilloscope analog circuit and control unit module,to achieve alternating sampling and recombination technology.To achieve and complete a high cost-effective portable digital storage oscilloscope.
