At present,the G20 highway dual-way vehicle(road-rail car)continues using the traditional rubber wheel drive type.In the design process,the requirements of running speed is needed to meet.So we take advantage of the full hydraulic way to complete power transmission from engine to axle and speed control.When the road-rail car is running on the railway,the front and the rear guide wheels are supported on the rail surface by the hydraulic pressure to ensure the road-rail car can run on the rails without derailing.Thus,the stability of road-rail car hydraulic pressure directly determines the running stability and safety of the road-rail car.In the traditional hydraulic system,the staff need to directly observe the liquid height of the liquid meter to confirm the pressure value,which maybe exist error.Therefore,to design a set of digital pressure monitoring system to monitor and record the hydraulic cylinder pressure of road-rail car will be meaningful on some aspects,such as stability,safety and accuracy.In order to solve the above problems,based on the single chip microcomputer(SCM),C language and VB language,this paper designs a hydraulic pressure monitoring system for road-rail car.And the main research results are as follows:Firstly,the analog electrical signal output by the pressure transmitter is collected by the SCM,which will be converted to pressure value.Design and draw the schematic diagram of hardware circuit independently.Create PCB model,then confirm and weld each component.Debug program.Compared with PLC,SCM is smaller,lighter weight,lower prices and more flexible design;Secondly,the C language is utilized to write SCM program to realize AD conversion,and the value after AD conversion will be filtered by the digital filter,which will eliminate the sampling value deviation caused by pulse interference and improve the system monitoring precision;Thirdly,the Visual Basic software is used to make upper computer to realize the record of pressure value real time sent by SCM,which will be shown in the form of a line chart in the upper computer interface.Compared with traditional configuration software,the Visual Basic software is more flexible and the interface is more visual and intuitiveFinnaly,the performance test of the developed pressure monitoring system is carried out.And the test results show that the developed pressure monitoring system is stable and the monitoring results are accurate and effective.
