The high-pressure common rail system is known for its flexible control of fuel injection pressure,fuel injection timing,and fuel injection laws.Its application has greatly improved the power,fuel economy,and emission characteristics of diesel engines.However,because it is a multi-physics coupling field of electricity,magnetism,machine,and liquid,each part of the system affects each other,and it will inevitably affect the overall stability and accuracy of the system during operation.Due to the intermittent fuel supply of the high-pressure fuel pump and the expansion and pressure waves caused by the opening and closing of the fuel injector,the stability of fuel pressure and the accuracy of fuel injection in the high-pressure common rail system are seriously affected.In this paper,a solid simulation model of high-pressure common rail is established.From the perspective of fluid simulation,XFlow,a fluid simulation software based on lattice Boltzmann principle,is used to simulate the fuel flow characteristics in the working process of high-pressure common rail system after adding H-type hydraulic filter.According to the filtering characteristics of H-type hydraulic filter,the key parameters(hole length,hole diameter,cavity capacity)of the filter are analyzed(product)the effect of H-type hydraulic filter on the suppression of pressure fluctuation in high-pressure common rail system is studied.The mechanism of this law is explained by the theory of electrohydraulic similarity.According to different injection pulse width,it is verified that H-type hydraulic filter can suppress the pressure fluctuation in common rail system under different pulse width in a certain range.In order to further reveal the filtering mechanism of H-type hydraulic filter in thehigh-pressure common rail system,by simulating the pressure fluctuation process in the whole working cycle of the high-pressure common rail system,the flow field characteristics of H-type hydraulic filter in the working process are analyzed,and the filtering principle of H-type hydraulic filter and its application in the high-pressure common rail system are revealed in a more intuitive way mechanism.
