Compared with conventional weapons,electromagnetic launcher has the advantages of high initial velocity,good controllability and stability,which is the trend of the development of modern weapons.However,under the extreme conditions of high voltage,large current and strong magnetic field,the electromagnetic launch system is easily affected by strong electromagnetic interference.In order to adapt to the harsh environment and improve the reliability of the measurement and control of the electromagnetic launch system,it is necessary to optimize the measurement and control of electromagnetic launch system.In this paper,based on the established model of the electromagnetic launch system,the relevant characteristics of the simulation system is carried out,and based on the CAN bus,the measurement and control system of the electromagnetic launcher is designed and implemented.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the development and status of electromagnetic launch technology at home and abroad are described.Aiming at the problem that the times of actual electromagnetic launch tests is limited and it is not easy to achieve ideal results,the simulation model of electromagnetic launch system is established and simulated.The influence of different discharge timing on the total current waveform of the system is simulated and the influence of different current characteristic waveforms on the armature motion is further studied,the relationship between the peak current and the armature velocity at different discharging energy is obtained.Secondly,according to the control requirements of the electromagnetic launch system,the control scheme of CAN bus communication is determined,and the hardware circuit and software program design of the electromagnetic launch system are completed.The measurement of the key parameters of system capacitor voltage and discharge current,the timing trigger discharge control and other functions are realized.Thirdly,the reasons for the inaccurate timing control of the system using CAN optical fiber converter are analyzed.By increasing the timing trigger control node,the bus communication protocol is designed and the software program of timing trigger control node is designed,which improve the discharge timing control accuracy.The structure of improved bus fiber isolated CAN bus network is applied to the electromagnetic launch system,and the optical fiber transmission interface is designed,which solves the problem of signal transmission delay in the original system.Finally,the measurement and control system designed in this paper has been debugged and tested,and the problems in the debugging process are analyzed and solved.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation results and the actual electromagnetic launch test data,the results show that the simulation model is reasonable and effective,which can provide theoretical guidance for the actual launch test,the results also show that the designed measurement and control system of electromagnetic launcher can meet the expected design requirements.
