For ordinary PLC software has difficulties in designing to Lower computer program, CoDeSys development platform is adopted to design lower computer control program. In the study weighing measurement system, working characteristics, influence factors and control standards,the deficiencies of PID control parameter optimization problems is analyzed. PID control parameters proposed ant colony optimization, and build a simulation model in Matlab / Simulink environment. Simulation data validation that the algorithm can make the system respond faster, and improve dynamic metering process overshoot and precision shortage.4.Using Modbus communication protocol to communicate upper and lower computer, the monitoring system of the upper and lower machine FBI, and tested in the enterprise WBS800 E models, the results demonstrate the feasibility of the control system design and reliability design. |
