Asphalt Mixing Plant is a very important part of the highway construction, mainlyDivided into Forced Batch Asphalt Mixing Plant and Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant.The Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant compared to the Forced Batch Asphalt MixingPlant has many advantages. However, due to the early stage of technology development,continuous drum asphalt mixing equipment has many defects, made the domestic users andthe profession of the road generally consider that the Continuous Drum Mixing Equipment isnot suitable for application in the construction of the highway. With the improvements ofContinuous Drum Mixing Plant Equipment in technology abroad and our highwaydevelopment, especially with the arrival of the overhaul period of the early construction of thehighway, and social requirements for environmental performance and energy consumptionrate are getting higher and higher, making Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant graduallyenter China. The Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant will become the inevitable trend ofour future asphalt mixing plant development, improving the measurement accuracy willpromote its rapid development.This paper studies the measurement and control system of continuous drum asphaltmixing plant, and its focus on the following points: First, understand the course of itsdevelopment, equipment, structures, processes, requirements and measurement; Second, Bystudying aggregate metering system, aggregate belt scale aircraft structure (a single-lever,parallel bar and floating scale) stress analysis and sensor curve significance, obtaining thatfloating scale aircraft has strong superiority in improving the measurement of aggregate staticaccuracy, And by considering the characteristics of The Asphalt Mixing Plant, determining touse the three-roller suspension belt scale. in this paper using The DTII belt conveyor asexample, use finite element analysis instead of deflection formula to optimal design the threeroller floating scale structure, and to determine the best placement of the load cell, ensuringthat scale deformation has no effect on it and improving the metering accuracy; Third, Studythe weighing system control algorithm, propose improvement program for the defects of the conventional measures, in order to ensure the accuracy of the ratio control uses a dualclosed-loop ratio control and to achieve constant flow control system uses incremental PIDcontrol and through the simulink system control algorithm of the simulation, the simulationresults show that the program can ensure the ratio of the system accuracy and control thesystem constant flow; Fourth, according to the Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plantprocess characteristics and PLC selection basis of the system, selected PLC selection anddesigned the PLC control program, including the choice of weighing program, subroutine,interrupt incremental PID control and filtering procedures.Through this research, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the metering system inContinuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant equipment, providing the basis for the developmentof Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant equipment in our country.
