The Application Of Lean Construction Theory In Residential Renovation Projects

The world economy into the twenty-first century,market competition towards a climax,diversified development.With the increasing competition,how to improve house quality and win customers' satisfaction become the key to the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.The generation of fine decoration,become a important way of real estate enterprises to win their competitiveness.With the rapid development of the fine decoration of the housing industry,the problems are also growing,such as change the materials?quality closes nevertheless?false propaganda,etc.Fundamental reason lies in the original extensive management mode can not adapt to the new development of the industry.This paper discussed by four parts with the theory of lean construction.The first part discusses the reason for research by analyzing background,purpose,meaning and status.The second part introduces the concept and theory of lean construction,and objective analysis the necessity and feasibility of putting the lean construction to the fine decoration of the housing in our country.The third part,according to the practical problems existing in the fine decoration of the housing to study how to build lean theories infiltrate the fine decoration from the aspects of design,construction,management and so on.Try to give a suitable mode for fine decoration projects.The fourth part,through the lake project case analysis,in-depth analysis of the application of lean construction theory in residential refined decoration.Finally,come to the conclusion that the theory of lean construction can meet the demand of consumers,save costs and ensure the quality.In this paper,the research in the fine decoration of the housing projects on the basis of the theory of lean construction provides a new train for real estate enterprises.
