Research On Cost Management Of FC Fine Decoration Project

As the country’s macro-control of the real estate industry has increased and consumers’demand for housing conditions has increased,in order to take the lead in the increasingly fierce market competition,more and more real estate companies will use hard-cover houses as the main development format,hardcover residential Market share has increased year by year.Compared with traditional civil engineering projects,a series of behaviors such as cost accounting,decision-making,analysis,control,and rectification involved in the cost control management process of fine decoration projects require detailed design,fine construction,refined application management,and more refined refinement,high.However,due to the late start of China’s real estate industry in the field of hardcover housing,most real estate companies have insufficient control experience in fine decoration projects,resulting in disputes between developers and owners,which has damaged the interests of both parties to some extent.The integrated management research on the cost of hardcover residential projects in real estate enterprises will contribute to the development of China’s real estate industry and improve the management efficiency of real estate enterprises.This paper takes the real estate company FC Park fine decoration project as a sample,and uses the research methods of literature research,field investigation,expert interview and case analysis to systematically analyze and study the cost management process of the entire fine decoration project.Seriously analyzed the problems in the cost management of the project implementation process and proposed corresponding solutions,to a certain extent,the real estate development enterprises have achieved the goal of saving costs and improving efficiency.Through this article,I hope to provide some help to more real estate development enterprises to improve their own fine decoration project cost management system.
