This subject is derived from the major national science and technology infrastructure project Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Considering the multiple sensor measurement points and the vast monitoring data of the health monitoring system for the main active reflector of FAST,a data processing framework and method is chosen based on modern processing methods.Several characteristic parameters reflecting the state of structure are extracted to provide data support for the structural safety state assessment of the FAST active reflector.In order to identify the state of structure effectively,several appropriate data methods are selected to test the reliability of the data and remove the abnormal value based on the characteristics of the health monitoring data for the main active reflector of FAST.After that,the variation trends of the ambient temperature and the component temperature are obtained,and then the influences of the non-uniform temperature field over the ring beam caused by the sunshine are presented,and the wind characteristics of the main active reflector are studied.The correlation analysis of the structural parameters and temperature is carried out by using the polynomial regression based on the actual monitoring data,and the effect of temperature variation on the corresponding forces is identified.Besides,the statistical relationship between the temperature data,the ring beam stress,the cable force and the deformation of the ring beam is established.The early warning index is investigated according to the health monitoring contents.The early warning threshold of the early warning index is proposed based on the statistical data and the specification limit value.After that,the multi-index stratified early warning system is established to realize the early warning of the health monitoring system.The paper also defined the overall frame of data processing system,and divided the corresponding functional modules.Lastly,the data processing software for health monitoring system of the main active reflector for FAST is developed based on the CVI / labwindows + PHP platform of the United States.The results indicate that the temperature of the structural members is consistent with the change of the ambient temperature,and they reach the maximum temperature at the same time.The stress of the ring beam is affected by temperature and its relevance with speed of wind is not obvious.Part of the cable force of the main cable is not completely related to the temperature.The research of data processing method,processing of the actual engineering data and developing of processing software of the health monitoring system for the main reflector of FAST are completed in this paper.And the health monitoring data processing method is successfully applied to the FAST active reflector health monitoring data,which provides a guarantee for the safety and stable operation of the FAST telescope.
