The K type tubular joints have been widely used in space steel structure,but due to the node application will bring the following problems in th e large span or large span space structure: first,along the span direction,the gradient force is too large,a great waste of equal chord length will result in material;second,because large span,abdominal rod diameter are relatively large,direct inter section node,if the chord diameter increases,brace arc welded is difficult to achieve.Therefore,Prof.Ma proposed a K type hollow pipe taper joint for super long span steel tubular structures,which can save the steel and improve the construction perfo rmance of the joints.In order to facilitate the engineering application of K tubular tubular joints,the influence of geometric parameters of the joints on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the tubular joints is analyzed by ANSYS.Analysis shows:(1)put forward the joint stiffness and bearing capacity factor concept factor know,and get the parameters of K type hollow pipe node corresponding to the-know curve,stiffness calculation formula of the node is obtained by fitting the regression method;(2)based on the "code for design of steel structure" for the K node type formula for calculating ultimate bearing capacity by introducing the influence coefficient f to fit the K type hollow cone head bending ultimate bearing capacity of the node,the fitti ng formula considering the influence of various parameters on the bearing capacity of the connection;(3)K type hollow cone pipe joints,pipe diameter and wall thickness of the node,2 chord diameter,diameter and wall thickness,brace brace and tubular j oint angle,the angle between two chord,chord 2 axial force and yield load standard value ratio on the bearing capacity of the joint stiffness and have a significant impact;at the same time,2 chord wall thickness increases or small increase of joint sti ffness on the bearing capacity of the joint;(4)(1)by the method of K type hollow cone pipe joint stiffness were analyzed with dimensionless parameters and the change trend of know,nodes in the structure of cutting cone stiffness,stiffness calculation formula and K type hollow pipe cone head node by curve-know the relationship between the.
