Ride comfort is one of the main performances of trucks.The cab-seat mount system is not only an important part of the ride comfort of truck,but also the latest of the ride comfort vibration isolation system of the truck,which is of great significance to the research of the ride comfort.In this paper,based on the method of parameter identification and optimization,the stiffness and damping of the optimal ride comfort of the cab-seat mount system under different truck driving-cycle are studied.First of all,build model;secondly,collect the acceleration data under vehicle steady running conditions,and is divided into four sections;then,by using the first segment data,identify the stiffness and damping parameters,and the use of second data,to verify the accuracy of recognition;finally,the use of third data is optimized,and the use of fourth section of data,verify the optimization results.By using this method,the seat mount system is studied.Build a 'occupant-seat-cushion' system,the stiffness and the damping of the identification,through the verification,the identification error is 1.4%;respectively linear damping damping optimization design,nonlinear optimization,nonlinear stiffness and damping optimization design,the objective function value respectively improved by 23.88%,23.39% and 45.73%.Parameter identification is accurate,and the optimization results are valid,which indicates that the method is feasible.On this basis,focus on four freedom of the cab seat mount system,and the parameter identification and optimization for different speed steady data segment.In order to fit the engineering application,the optimization results are analyzed.When the optimal variable is 10%,weighted acceleration rms of the seat is less than 4%,which indicates that the optimization result is robust.In this paper,based on the real-time acceleration measured data,using the method of parameter identification and optimization,research of the design of the cab-seat mounting stiffness and damping on the optimal control strategy,the future can be applied to the active mount system,which has important research significance.
