Application Research Of Analytic Hierarchy Process And Critical Chain Method In Progress Management Of TBM Metro Construction Project

In recent years,TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)have been widely used in subway construction programs for its series of advantages like quick working speed,high quality,fewer troubles to rock stratum,secure working and little pollution without troubling surrounding residents' life.Meantime,its researches on process management also attract people's great attention.The paper makes use of analytic hierarchy processes combined with the actual case of QDM2 to analyze key factors to build up hierarchical structure models and construct judgment matrix and calculate to research all factors influencing TBM subway construction program process management through judging process risks and get the conclusion that mainly taking organization measures is able to improve process regulation effects relatively in the TBM subway construction program by comparing solution schemes.The paper make use of critical chain methods,combined with the actual case and the network planning in TBM subway construction to determine the key process and make process optimization based on TBM subway construction project site resource conflicts to study the key chain in TBM subway construction.Compare the consumption of time before and after the use of critical chain method to study the setting of buffer for the calculation and analysis to get the conclusion that the use of critical chain in the TBM subway construction projects in the project schedule management should be more reasonable than traditional methods and can greatly improve the efficiency.Finally,through the summary,it put forward that in the next step,we can have the in-depth study on subway construction projects using different types of TBM,with the in-depth study of the organization in the process of setting up and incentive mechanism and have the in-depth study of the critical chain buffer and the TBM fault early warning model to make in-depth suggestions on TBM fault condition combined with test results before the occurrence of oil samples.
