Shuangcheng district is famous for its grain production in the whole country,and the total grain production in the whole province ranks front in the province for 13 years.The main threat to agricultural production is the drought in spring,although invest a lot of manpower and drought-resistant planting,it is often makes the seeding time longer and delay the mature period of banker,it brings a lot of damage to the production of agriculture,makes per unit area yield of food production not high,total output instability.In order to solve this problem,based on the"water saving food action"for the practical engineering background of Shuangcheng district,combined with Shuangcheng district's present situation of supply and demand of water resources,on the basis of sustainable development,analyse and evaluate the situation of water resources.Analyse and evaluate the water quantity,water quality,the current situation of water resources development and utilization status,the balance of supply and demand,the influence of the project on the groundwater resources,analyse the irrigation project and irrigation methods used in the project.Analyse and evaluate the water saving potential and the water saving benefit of the project.The main achievements are as follows:1.Utilizes previous information and research results to analyze the hydrogeological,groundwater type and the regular pattern of dynamic changes of groundwater in the study area.The water used in this project is groundwater,and the groundwater used in irrigation is mainly the fourth system of pore diving and weak pressure water.The quality of the water is better,which is in line with the water quality standard of agricultural irrigation.The groundwater resources of this regional are abundant,the degree of development and utilization is only 46.02%,belong to Development and utilization of balance zone,the feature of containing water is good.2.Partition the study area and determine the hydrogeological parameters of different subsections.Calculate the total groundwater resources yield and exploitable ground water yield in the region.The total groundwater resources yield of this area is8774.67 x 10~4m ~3/a,and the exploitable ground water yield calculated by the mining coefficient method is 5030.52 x 10~4m ~3/a m cubed/a.3.Analysis of the impact of the project on regional groundwater resources.It is analyzed that the regional recharge condition is good,and the groundwater storage capacity is strong,and there is no obvious effect on the situation of groundwater resources in the region.The water requirement is less than the recoverable amount.After mining,the depth of water level has not reached the depth of aquifer,and the groundwater recharge has certain degree of guarantee.There is no great change in the underground water flow field after mining,and the groundwater replenishing relationship and circulation system are basically in good condition,and there is no serious environmental geology problem.
