Now construction disputes increasing,especially housing,construction companys and construction companys are often found in case to damage the interests of a third party(migrant workers or owner)to safeguard their rights disputes as background,the construction company from the multi-angle,multi-level analysis,find out the main problems of the construction contract dispute,through the use of construction contract management performance evaluation system analysis of the core problems,through 5W1H countermeasure implementation to create the overall benefit maximization,urgent need a set of sustainable development,cooperation and win-win,more comprehensive and relatively complete contract management performance evaluation system.This chapter through the analysis from the perspective of housing construction enterprise construction contract management,site management,the construction company in the project of the construction of power,current market policy bias angles to analyze the main problems of the construction contract dispute,through in-depth analysis that the construction company caused by imperfect construction contract management is the main reason for the construction contract dispute.This article,the fourth chapter starting from the construction of housing construction contract management performance system model,by the people,material,machine,method,ring,measuring(5M1E)six aspects omni-directional were investigated to find out the main factors influencing the construction contract management and draw the fishbone diagram,through analyzing the fishbone diagram,will determine the end of the factors as KPI scheme layer,and then evaluation score twice by different people to find the most prominent questions,according to the several problems on the comprehensive analysis,to develop multiple solutions,finally the optimal solution by 5W1H details of specific measures.In this article,through the overall analysis of the housing construction contract,efficient to find out the maximum probability exists in housing construction contract dispute of risk factors,through the brainstorming to find out the potential construction contract dispute major problems,effectively solve the big problem through 5W1H,improve the level of construction contract management,so as to effectively reduce the construction contract dispute.
