| With the constant development of China’s infrastructure construction,the tunnel project has also made considerable progress.However,with the continuous development of tunnel projects,many tunnels have encountered various diseases such as cracking of linings,seepage of water in tunnels,and uplift at the bottom of tunnels.In particular,the problem of lining cracks in tunnel openings seriously affects the construction progress and operational safety of tunnels.Therefore,it is urgently needed to study the causes and remediation measures of diseases around tunnel openings.In this paper,the reason of tunnel lining crack is analyzed by means of 3D numerical simulation,which is based on the Walibie Tunnel of Xiangli Expressway in Yunnan Province,and aiming at the damage of tunnel lining under complicated geological conditions.The corresponding reinforcement measures are put forward and the treatment effect of lining cracks is evaluated by numerical simulation.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.According to the preliminary investigation of lining crack in the entrance section of Walibie Tunnel,and monitoring of lining crack and slope surface displacement,it is concluded that the crack of lining structure is serious,the development of crack tends to be stable,and there is slip of mountain slope.Therefore,the failure of lining is caused by landslide.2.The 3D geological model of the inlet section of Walibie Tunnel is established by using numerical simulation software,and the reasons of lining crack in the inlet section of the tunnel under complex geological conditions are analyzed.3.In view of the damage of lining in the entrance section of Walibie Tunnel,combined with the common treatment scheme of lining damage,the reasonable treatment methods of lining damage are selected,and the deformation and stress of the treated lining structure is analyzed by three-dimensional numerical simulation.And the lining reinforcement effect is evaluated. |
